Peachland Drift

I often find myself shaped by external roles and expectations such as teacher, mother, and woman. These identities, while meaningful, can also feel like frames that confine me. My tent artwork reflects the tension between remaining within those frames and the desire to step beyond them. I am someone who is easily influenced by my surroundings and by people, often caught between how I am perceived and how I wish to live more fully as myself.

Inside my tent, I created multiple layers to represent the inner tension of navigating roles, expectations, framing, and self. The plants I placed around the outside of the tent, especially the ferns, act as a kind of camouflage. They create a natural space of protection where I can exist more safely. Inside the tent, I used soft, heart-shaped bubble wrap to express the tenderness of my inner world, a gentle form of protection. I am in ongoing negotiation with tension, conflict, noise, and confrontation. In those moments of intensity, I retreat inward into a quiet, creative space where I can feel and reflect.

My tent is also a space I hope to share with someone I love. I want to invite my mother into it, someone I care for deeply but often struggle to connect with because of time, distance, and her fragile health. This space is an offering, a place where we can sit together, speak, and simply be.

「逃」花源記

一、思考：

1.搭設帳蓬的力學: 由張力所架出的空間。

2.以帳蓬作為創作媒材，從外在張力探索我們內在世界的帳蓬。

3.思考最近我們外在的壓力和內在的能量是什麼?

二、小創作練習：Tent vs. Tension

1.不設限帳蓬的大小、形式、結構。

2.外在(Tension): 生活中遇到的張力(壓力、不適)。

3.內在(Tent) :生活、專業中覺得有能/力量的狀態。

三、由近期生活狀態流向感知的創作

1. 外在壓力：某種社會框架的責任與限制，我們有意無意、不得不被推著往某個方向去，追尋某種價值下的典範，或在想成為OO的路上。若我們褪下名為OO角色的外衣，我們可以是什麼?可以成為什麼? 在對立與衝突紛擾、資訊炸裂的當今，我們如何關注真正重要的事?

2. 內在能量：攪動與沉澱 (攪動後，看見真正留下些什麼/練習觀看事物的本質/不論發生時麼事，感受每個當下)

四、小創作獨白

1.外帳：植物對我而言，是種身處其中能具有隱身的安全感，且可藉此探查外界的隔幕(且帶給人平靜的力量)。常常覺得自己被某種形式侷限而不自知，這些框架也許不自覺也來自前述要符合社會期待的自我認同，以及面對紛擾爭執不斷的現今，想暫時關機所帶來的罪惡感。

2.內帳：以粉紅色(愛心)氣泡紙包覆著內帳的外層，可能是想覆以柔軟及稍具保護力的材質；想偶爾隔絕外在的張牙舞爪。內帳中的松果，也許代表著某種生命的開端，世代更迭的最初能量。

夥伴們在連假最後一天仍興致盎然參與著早八的聚會，聽著大家更新近日狀況與內在故事，實覺得這一條條聯繫彼此的無形之線，交織了既大又細微的網。
